Intruder
Way too high.
It's completely laughable to think someone outside the house committed her murder.
Had the Ramseys just not faked the ransom note, the intruder theory would be very plausible, though still not likely.
To think that someone would write out some silly long winded ransom note and still hide the body in the corner of the basement is complete garbage.
Further, the Ramseys never heeded ANY of the "demands" of the ransom note, such as don't call the cops or friends, and be prepared for a follow up phone call with further instructions. And the ransom request of EXACTLY his bonus he just received.
Actions speak louder than words.

As a father and married to my wife who is mother of my children, no way I’m covering for her if she hurts my kids like that.
It was the brother; only plausible explanation. He’s the only one that would be “protected” to that extent.

We were visiting a friend in Golden that Christmas and saw the local TV coverage.
We asked our friend to let us know how it would work out, because we NEVER dreamed it would become a national story.
Boy were we surprised after we got back to NOLA and the story was on local TV there. It made a major impression: if you want a story to have legs, you need a few still pictures and lots of video. A bit of kink may add to the air time.

LSUPimp. Not sure if he’s too close to be objective, but I admire his commitment. He does make some decent points, but nothing close to being enough to persuade me, at least. But again, I applaud his dedication. And he will no doubt, begrudgingly, be here eventually to give his side, knowing it won’t be persuasive.

The brother looks like he got touched by everyone, the whole neighborhood got a piece.

They should have put them all in prison until someone sang.

Yup. The mom doing it is a bad theory.

Reddit post that details all the facts about the case. Interesting read LINK

I didn’t read other comments so someone may have mentioned it. It was 100% the brother and the parents covered it up. No question whatsoever.

The intruder angle is too far fetched.
I don't know. She was a pageant kid in the 90s, and that was prime pedo hunting ground back then. One could have gotten obsessed. Not saying that is what happened, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.
I have a friend that runs a dance studio in Michigan and if you are not a parent or verified extended family, you are no longer allowed in the building during competitions for that exact reason.

According to the video I posted, the investigator claims the weapon was a flashlight and the so called taiser marks were railroad tracks that were taken apart in the boiler room. Who the heck knows. I still believe to this day, it was either Patsy or the slow son and they covered it up.

The brother smeared his feces all over JB’s Christmas candy and her bathroom days before the murder. Burke also nailed her in the head with a bat hard enough that they had to go to the hospital. I think that was a year or two before the murder.
Is this true?

Her body was found in the house's basement about seven hours after she had been reported missing. She had sustained a broken skull and a garrote was tied around her neck. The autopsy report stated that JonBenét's official cause of death was "asphyxia by strangulation associated with craniocerebral trauma".
Why would some intruder with a ransom note just kill her and leave her in the basement? And only her? It just doesn't make sense. It feels like a cover up to me.
The ransom note was so ridiculous that it reeks of desperation to cover something up.

And this just sounds like a woman wrote it. Especially the last sentence saying it is up to you now John.
"Use that good southern common sense of yours."

Sorry guys but it is was a guy in a Santa Claus suit. We had a friend that was whatever u want to call it sensitive etc. She was from NE and used to help police find missing children, bodies etc was part of CIA project etc. (Really really hated government btw) she was real deal, didn’t do it for money etc but would help people.
Anyway she started having dreams about a little blonde pageant girl killed by a man in a Santa clause suit repeatedly before the murder happened and then saw the little girl on TV. It was Jon Benet. I thought maybe the Santa clause was some type of analogy or something but then heard they found red fibers from Santa clause suit on her body it was clear she saw the murder.
