Your tendencies are what they are. You'll believe anything from the OT Greasers.

How many times do I need to edit and add a bunch of nonsense to posts like you do?
Posted on 1/31/22 at 9:58 pm to Sao

no, should i?
You very much should not.
Rogan does peer reviewed science relative to the sources he brings.
I said it another thread, Rogan brings on people that give out dubious info on Covid, imho.
And so what? Its not done with malice, its just were all along for Joe Rogan's road to discovery and understand of the world. It's a big part of why his show resonates with people I think, because hes not a political operative trying to sell you a narrative.

i just don’t understand why Spotify can’t tell those who don’t like his content: listen or don’t listen, we don’t give a frick.
if corporations started taking this hard stance, we wouldn’t be in these situations anymore.

C-Murder is serving a life sentence for murder and is on Spotify. R Kelly is a convicted sexual predator and is on Spotify. But I guess folks like Neil Young and Joni Mitchell draw the line at Covid misinformation. It's so obvious why this is happening and it has everything to do with controlling a narrative.

Sao will be here soon to call you a conspiracy theorist.

IDK man.
Many on the left should really think about if we want corporations to be the arbiters of cultural morality.

You're overlooking the most obvious which is called damage control. Both Joe and Spotify are doing it and they have to. Businesses, politicians, celebrities... it's part of the equation, and is done constantly to ensure the highest return.
Posted on 1/31/22 at 10:17 pm to Klark Kent
Most on this board do say that about me. I don't care. There are thousands of artists on Spotify who have committed far worse crimes than Joe Rogan and whose lyrics are more harmful than Rogan's ideas, but nobody cares about those because they aren't challenging a narrative that has given politicians near-unlimited emergency powers and made a small number of large corporations billions of dollars.
Posted on 1/31/22 at 10:18 pm to Klark Kent
Sao would say whomever your preferred artist on Spotify is - like Luke Bryan - should threaten Spotify to bet rid of kid diddlers. Guess what? They don't want the press NY got. Controversy isn't cheap. You and SC should boycott RKelly though. Nasty guy.

He is, but his music should still be available to listen to. I can recognize the cultural impact he had without condoning his actions. And every dime he makes from now to the end of his life will be earmarked to a settlement for his victims.

re-read my original post. why in the flying frick would Spotify and Joe be interested in “damage control”? Who’s going to do what to them?
David Murr gonna give a mean spin to his ABC Nightly News report on it?
Joy Behar on the View gonna call him a white supremacist?
Brian Stelter gonna do a nasty report on him?
He’s a fricking cash cow for them. He gets 11 million listens per episode and over 200 million listens a month. He’s untouchable. Spotify got a hell of deal for $20 million.

why? do you honestly think this impacts Spotify shareholders in any meaningful way? (hint: it doesn’t)
another pathetic Sao retort once he couldn’t stick the prior personal attacks or boring holier than though moderate act no one buys.

You have no concept of churn or the cost of customer acquisition. Don't edit your response.
Posted on 1/31/22 at 10:26 pm to Sao
explain it to us ohh wise one. and specifically how Rogan and Spotify will be affected by your dumb assumptions
Posted on 1/31/22 at 10:29 pm to Klark Kent
Don't be so pissy. Your mindset above is just wrong. Doesn't take a moderate holier-than-thou dude to see that.
