It seems Joe was back in LA for the 5+ hour podcast today with Duncan Trussle (possibly my least favorite guest on the show ever), and he just dropped on YouTube.

But his Spotify deal officially begins today. He has given no mention of his first guest, but he did talk about Alex Jones on today's episode and how he has been proven right on so many "conspiracies."

Rogan's studio in Texas is finished from his Instagram. His show will still air on both Spotify and YouTube through December, then it moves exclusively to Spotify.

If Joe waits until then to have him on, then he's missing the boat. You have to have him on before the election. He has to be able to talk Biden, riots, virus, aliens, etc.

If I’m being honest, I’m not crazy about either of them, but I do believe that would be one helluva interesting episode

Duncan Trussle as the first guest?

he must be really close friends with Joe to get that spot because the viewing numbers are pretty low (for a typical JRE episode) especially considering all of the hype going on with the new deal.

Trussle is horrendous. He's basically just Joe's drug buddy. I read that he's supposed to be a comedian... How? He's never said anything funny in his life. How does he even make a living?

Tim Dillon has been the funniest guest in a long long time. Outside of Artie Bill Burr, he's of the most naturally funny guests in the Rogan rotation.

BTW, Spotify stock jumped again today. I'd expect it to keep rising once the JRE numbers hit.

How long does it take for Rogan to go back to wanting the Cali way of life in Texas?

Immediately. He should’ve stayed in that shithole. He voted for those politicians that are fricking it up. Stay there and live with the consequences

I’ve never understood the love affair men have with Joe. I don’t care for him.

Not terrible, just overrated. He loves to ramble about lot of stuff but won’t even touch issues that’s considered sensitive. I think he’s a smart guy and aware. But when he’s obvious evading a question/topic or pretending to be dumb...come on bro.

I like Rogan but it did crack me up when e complained about California taxes when he endorses freaking Bernie Sanders for president.

If you mean Alex Jones, he’s been on twice and both episodes are great.

According to Twitter and the Rogan subreddit, Spotify is already censoring JRE by not posting controversial episodes from the backlog.
Here's the list of missing episodes.

Most JRE fans will rag on Joe all the time. He contradicts himself ALL the time and is definitely a meat head. But his show is the only one out there which actually books interesting guests which facilitates good discussion.

Supposedly Spotify will have a video service. I've never seen it before, though and have no idea how it will work.
