Job thread spinoff - what's your idealistic job?

Let's say you can have any job you want, it all pays the same, and you have no fear of losing your job (sounds communist now that I think about it).
What would it be?
I think farming would be pretty cool. I know it's hard work, but the hard work shows easily, and it would be satisfying. I'm not talking a major spread of 1000's and 1000's of acres, I'm just talking a good size, maybe multi-produce crop.

I love history. I’d like to be the curator of the American History Museum, National Archives, or the WWII Museum. I’d love to know what awesome shite they have in storage and not on display!

Farming is cool because you get to have no idea of what it's like to work for a boss much less 10 of them yet you still get to bitch more than everyone else.
