I think farming would be pretty cool. I know it's hard work, but the hard work shows easily, and it would be satisfying. I'm not talking a major spread of 1000's and 1000's of acres, I'm just talking a good size, maybe multi-produce crop.

I grew up farming and do agree that it would be my choice of professions. The only issue I have with it is that I just can't tolerate the variability in the amount of money that you make every year. There are so many factors that affect your crop (i.e. weather, bugs, commodity prices, etc.) that you really never know how much you will get paid for the year's work until the fall when your crops are delivered to the elevator/gin...

Park Ranger in the Rockies or SW.

Rancher in WY or CO.

Writer.

One of those 3 would be "idealistic".

Would love to run my own gym. Could also do video marketing with it, for both the gym itself and fitness in general. Would be in there every day. Lifting and doing videos/pictures, two things I really developed a love for in college.

If I could make what I make right now to cut down trees all day with a chain saw would roll the frick out. Nothing more gratifying than watching them fall. My wife cringes everytime she hears me crank up chain saw as shits going down.

F-22 Raptor pilot

Being a master at operating some of the most high tech killing machines in the world would be pretty badass.

The dogfight drills also seem like they would be a blast and really fuel my competitiveness

Probably commercial fisherman. Gorgeous scenery, limited work, nice payout.
