Hopefully if this is vetoed it doesn't affect Prytania's late-night BYOB policy.

We've got it here in Oklahoma. The Warren Moore theatre.

Bonus: same theatre took a direct hit from a fricking F4/F5 tornado in 2013 and only had minor damage.

Please delve further into this. We agree but you can put it out much more eloquently than most people can.

I've been buying alcohol at Nola theaters for years. Never thought it was a big deal and never saw any problems.

I bet this same freedom loving crew would have a conniption if a law prevented them from bringing a gun to a theater.

I've been saying that since day one. I'm sure most people in this thread voted for him twice. Y'all get what you asked for.

A POS democrat like EWE would be vetoing this too. It's all about political connections in a state like this.

I do not support alcohol sales in movie theaters. It is ridiculous.

Every one in Houston does, and it has been a great experience.

Canal Place in New Orleans is the best venue in Louisiana to catch a flick. It would allow high scale theaters to be built in BR

It makes the business more profitable which allows upscale theaters to be built. The Sundance Theater in downtown Houston refunds your parking ($10) and has a pretty good craft beer selection. Reserved seating, double arm rests, etc.

That theater and Canal Place are a little more expensive than the rest, but the movie going experience is perfect. I'd rather do dinner then a movie, but their food wasn't too bad either.
