So, I re-watched the documentary, and still can't figure out how the cops weren't investigated. Seems to me all the girls who were killed were informants or something. There is no doubt in my mind Frankie Richard was involved, along with the Boudreaux Inn, and the Senator. People were paid off from drug money. Sorry if Germans. The entire case stinks. Any theories?

The cop with the sex dungeon in his mobile home was the killer. The killings stopped when he died

I just want to throw this out there. Just because you have a sex dungeon doesn't automatically make you a serial killer.

The ones that are serial killers give the rest of us a bad name.

There was a guy that killed his wife and tried to get away with it. Once thrown in jail the killings stopped. They think he's the one

Woody Overton believes he is the Jennings 8 killer. He won't name him cause it hasn't been enough years. He says people in that area will know who he is.

But it was that area. The guy went home at lunch and killed wife and went back to work. Tried to say he never left work but neighbor that was cutting grass saw him come home. Once he was arrested in 2009. All the murders stopped

The ring leaders were ex-Congressman Charles Boustany, and his political associate from Church Point who was the owner of the Boudreaux Motel where all the sex, drugs and rock-n-roll happened. Frankie was just an enforcer and probably arranged to have the girls exposed after they were done with them. Politicians can make a lot of things go away.

There were maybe three that were related the others were overdoses that ended up being copy cats. No causes of death were known for most of them. The book and subsequent documentary are sensationalized for drama and half of it is made up. The local LEOs are simply too dumb to be able to get away with all of that mess. There was definitely some shady stuff but nothing sophisticated enough to pull off that.

If some overdosed, how do you explain where the bodies were discovered? Not buying that at all.

Ricky Edwards was one of, if not the, most powerful sheriff’s in the state…..which makes him one of the most powerful people outside of BR and NOLA in Louisiana. He had everyone involved in his pocket…..if I’m not mistaken he is the head of the LA Sheriff’s Association today…..or at least he was.

Back in the day, and still to a certain extent Jeff Davis parish is a hot bed for drugs. Sitting right in the middle of Houston and New Orleans. All of those killings were influenced by drug trade.

I’m from Jennings, my older brother was the same age as most of those chicks. It was 100% the cops that did it. Not one single cop but a group of. All these girls were either witnesses or had knowledge of a drug bust where a CI was executed by the sheriffs department.

They od’ed and then were dumped so they didn’t draw a connection to the place they were partying at? It’s not difficult to understand.
