Good for Jenna. PH needs to be monitoring uploads and forwarding ip addresses to the fbi. It’s also fricked up you can’t roll through some regular shite without them slapping a fricking minor in it. That’s a fricking problem on a number of levels.

It raises some interesting questions about how they differ from other platforms (YouTube specifically) given how heavily regulated the porn business is in the US. I don’t pretend to know the answer, just noting that Pornhub may have more legal responsibilities.

Fwiw the incident is from over 10 years ago but the victim wrote a blog post last year explaining how hard it was to get it removed from the internet. Basically she had to fake being a lawyer for it to get removed.

It’s incredibly hard to regulate the Tube sites where anyone can upload whatever. The mainstream porn producing sites like Naughty America, Brazzers, Reality Kings, Bang Bros etc. are well regulated and protect the performers rights. The Tube sites and the shady sites that lie and coerce people are the cancer.

Porn really should be addressed.
The acceptance and massive amount of on demand porn in America is not healthy or normal no matter how much people want to pretend it is.
And even if you aren’t religious at all, you should be able to admit porn to the excess we consume it in America is not healthy. At all.
Not only is this never addressed but any attempt to address it is met with immediate pushback.
The porn industry wields more power than anyone cares to admit.
