what does that even mean? no one has given a shite about this in quite some time. 50% means absolutely nothing. You can fit 200 people in a restaurant if there was no chairs or tables, but you can only seat 50 people. so if the capacity is 200 people for this building, and now you say it can only be 100, that makes no difference to the restaurant.
