This is his normal operation. He lies. He’s lied so many times before I can’t even remember them all. It’s all an act to make it seem like he’s being dragged into these decisions. He already had his mind made up when he said he wasn’t considering a mask mandate. He already had his mind made up when he told us (less than 48 hours ago) that he wasn’t considering further restrictions. It’s typical, legal speak, artfully worded bullshite. All you have to do is listen to him and he tells you everything he intends to do around a week before he drops the bombs. Then he blames the feds. It’s so predictable at this point I don’t know how anyone is ever surprised.
