I have an uncle, not in LA, who can't even get a triple bypass he was told he needed scheduled. He's looking to go out of state for it.

That depends on what indicators look like in 2 weeks. If they continue decreasing and yet we extend 2 more weeks, I would not be on board with that.

So wait, they are counting ppl who didn’t go to the hospital bc it covid, that now have no choice to be in the hospital as covid hospitalizations?

If the order was to not wear mask same people would suddenly want to wear them.
Do mask work? Hell I don't know! But if they told me I had to wear one to open everything up 100% I wouldn't like it but I would.

It seems obvious to me that JBE is cherry picking the data he needs to support staying put in Phase 2. I don't trust that he won't do the same in 2 weeks.
