No thank you. There's too much semantics about what "Phase 3" is for the lawyer in me, and while I sincerely think you are wrong, I don't have that level of conviction about it. I can definitely see JBE entering the disingenuous word game and claiming "Phase 3" when it isn't Phase 3 at all, just like he claims we are in Phase 2 when we aren't.

You seem very confident. How about you put YOURSELF on the line. If Phase 1.5-2 doesn't end on September 11th, you ban yourself until we actually enter what the ORIGINAL definition of Phase 3 would have been back in March.
