Did he ever give us a true phase 3?

BUT WE ARE DOING SOMETHING DAMNIT
trust me
I'm fully aware and the funny thing is, they are also fully aware that most of the spread is from private or family gatherings
but like we all say, at least they are doing something

They’re being forced to shut down parish by parish on their own already

I think he leaves everything as is for now.

bars are still closed in Caddo Parish
haven't been open since July
we have never gotten below the magical 5% positivity rate for 2 consecutive weeks

Many think we go back to Phase 2. What’s the OT hearing?
Not "hearing" anything, but fairly confident he preaches that we shouldn't do any family Thanksgiving dinners, nor travel.
We'll be ignoring him fully with multiple households over turkey, and then going to Florida for a long weekend.

Those are his favorite types. He gets to chastise, scold, and threaten his subjects. All while congratulating himself for being a benevolent ruler, and demanding we thank him for being so kind.

I hope he announces he’s jumping off a bridge.

All because more people without symptoms are getting tested. This is nonsense.
I believe he will have an outright revolt if he goes to lockdown.

This is a spike from Halloween and the election. A lockdown won’t do anything, it will only give the appearance of doing something. The same for Thanksgiving and Christmas/NYE. The numbers will drop around the end of January. Gee...what happens then?

less people would listen than the first time, but in no way would we have anything close to a revolt

No but thankfully most bars I know have been able to creatively switch to "restaurants" and have been open for awhile
