Why are you acting like it isnt a good rebuttal to point that out to you It seems you are incorrect that the "vast majority of jefferson residents were in orleans hospitals", no?
Because the entire point is that Jefferson/Orleans is a medical region and the post I was responding to was alluding to the proposition that Jefferson Parish was never in jeopardy of exceeding its healthcare limit while having roughly the same number of cases as Orleans.
The physical address of main campus isn't really all that relevant to that point.

Because, in its simplest terms, inflating the number of COVID cases prolongs the period of time hospitals are unable to engage in all the stuff that actually makes a profit.
Extra 20% or not, the hospital is still losing money by putting a COVID patient on a vent.
So to believe this conspiracy, you would have to believe that hospital systems are lying for the purposes of prolonging a loss of revenue.

Everyone has their opinion, and no one knows for sure what they beleive is right or wrong.
When Americans started voting for likeable people instead of actual hard nosed leaders and allowing people to stay in congress for 40 years, we screwed ourselves. I'm 40 and I blame that on my parents.
We continue to vote these career politicians in that continue to screw our eyeballs out and sell us to the highest bidder. I blame that on me and my generation.
Until we do a complete 180, we are doomed. We are reaping what we have sewed for the last 50+ years.
