Here’s an idea-
Let the gov rent out large hotels for the purpose of quarantining the infected. They get 3 meals a day but cannot leave until the are clear.
All who don’t care about catching covid, show up for forced infection and mandatory quarantine at these hotels.
We’ll be done by August 1st

Phase 1 aint happening, even if it did, not one person would follow it except for gov't buildings.
But it would severely affect the school reopening process, if we somehow end up back in phase I, schools will be 100% virtual, they are basing their opening phases off of the JBE phases.

I get the people not listening and I cheer them on in general.
Many businesses don't have that option. The state can ruin their life. That might be happening anyway, so maybe some will actually flow him off this time if he does something stupid.

ETA: She was walking her dog in Audubon Park about 2 weeks ago and looked at her phone and tripped over an oak tree root. Broke her nose and had to get 4 stitches above her eye brow. She walked back to her place and called my sister to take her to the emergency room. She is tough old bird.
