I understand it as well and I'm completely opposed to it.
There's a simple solution for the money problems Louisiana has.
Get rid of all the government that requires so much spending and higher taxes.
We're a state of only a few million people and we tax and spend like we're Georgia or North Carolina and that is unsustainable because our population is not big or rich enough for that, especially when it's getting smaller every year.
