To each their own

My point is about masks being minimal and people acting like they’re bringing led to a gas chamber.

Nothing else. Nowhere did I mention anything about the economy.

So what sheriff offices will enforce this? What city police will enforce this?

What's the fine for not wearing a mask?

But that doesn’t mean I’m okay with the executive branch inventing laws out of thin air.

These “emergency powers” granted to the executive branches need a long, hard look. No single individual should wield this much power over the livelihoods of their constituents.

You only felt like death. The amount of people that die from China virus compared to something like TB or the flu do not justify all of the hysteria and drastic measures people are taking.

Or it could be the fear of the governments apparent control via mandates that lead to eminent economic shutdown, lost jobs, and poverty.

Any specifics yet? What parishes are exempt? What about churches?

If only we didn’t have a legislature full of count, maybe someone would put the Guv back in his place.

He basically said there’s a chance to go to phase 1 or 0 if numbers continue to rise

Absolutely. Both sides are fricked up. I don’t find our governor that horrible though. We could have done a lot worse.

Based on what numbers? Positive cases will keep going up if we do more testing. Didn’t the federal government name is one of three states to get a bunch of test kits? It’s going to go up.

I’m sorry a lot of you are hyperbolic.

I’m sorry but I’m not buying the fact that the big bad government is asking me to wear a mask so the economy, the same one that these politicians have to live in as well, will crash.

I’m wearing one for 5-10 minutes tops when I go to the store. I’m wearing one when I’m around older people.

Guess I’ll have to take my chances with that gas chamber.
