Japan’s in trouble

Dying country has a culture that won’t allow its people to save itself.
Their whole work culture is horrifying and dumb. It’s so focused on minutia that they cants see the forest for the fricking pine needles.
I don’t know why, but this is really disturbing me.

They have an absurdly low fertility rate, and unlike Western nations who are experiencing the same, they aren't importing high fertility immigrants. So, yeah, they're dying, in a sense.

No doubt, this is some crazy-sounding shite.
However, I think that an employer should be able to make pretty much any rule they want at a business that they own....workers are free to abide by the rules or work somewhere that has rules that better suit them.

Do you not agree? Over a quarter of their country is over 65 years old and their death rate is higher than their birth rate. By all accounts, their child bearing demographic is extremely uninterested in sex. If this doesn’t correct itself somewhat soon, then yes, I think it’s fair to say their country is dying.

i think this is more of a societal issue. They simply are willing to accept whatever their leadership says and go along with it to the point you have some very inhospitable working conditions.
