Long word on right says, Lotus Spring. Ohira on the left. Not sure what the design in the upper left hand corner says.

From ChatGPT:
Here’s the breakdown of the text:
On the right side, written vertically:
???? (Renge Senban)
? "Lotus Flower Spring Plate" (a poetic name/style designation for this stone).
On the left side, inside the box:
?? (Ohira)
? Refers to the Ohira mine/quarry in Kyoto, one of the most famous sharpening stone sources.
Top left stamp (stylized characters):
???? (Kyoto Tokusen)
? "Special Selection, Kyoto"
Bottom right corner:
ohira (romanized)
? Quarry name again, "Ohira."
So altogether, it’s identifying this as a high-grade natural sharpening stone from the Ohira mine in Kyoto, with the poetic trade name “Renge Senban.”

I think it says something like “I’m not too easy on the eyes, but I make good biscuits”

Find a Japanese Steak House and ask a chef.

We have a local Mexican food place that is owned and run by Koreans.
It used to amuse me when Mexican workmen would come in for lunch and toss out some Spanish. "I don't speak Spanish."
I have not seen a Mexican customer in the restaurant in years.
