In confused about the exclusive tour being given to a Texas immigration reporter in skin tight leggings?

Hold up…. Governor Landry just said in today’s presser that it’s hard for dogs to sniff out IED’s.
Not calling bullshite on your info, just pointing out that Jeff Landry thinks we’re stupid if he’s saying that but also using dogs to sniff out IED’s.

What is the end goal of a frame job here? What is the end goal of a setup? If he was a "victim of MKUltra" like you're probably going to suggest, what did they accomplish by triggering him?

Confirmed. Something in Algiers Point. Alleged gunshots. Alleged.
I hope this is nothing.
Of all the places to choose to start a multiple points terrorist attack on the USA they choose the greater New Orleans area?

Christ, the autists have really taken this thread over as usual.

It’s what he said. Blamed it on all the different smells on Bourbon. I mean how many other smells are similar to plastic explosives (or any explosive)?

It was said in the presser today.

Shawn Ryan did an interview with a former cia officer. This capability is out there. Not so much that the dogs can't sniff it, they're just using things the dogs aren't trained for. I haven't made it all the way through yet, but that's the jist of it.

Why are dogs randomly sniffing barges on the river?

Ha ha I don’t even know where to begin with that

So regarding Baldonas post about CQ security knowing about the yellow things, should he have told the chief lady?
The NOPD Superintendent, once the decision was made to take the bollards down for repair, should've been made aware of/asked other officials about all of the other options that were available to replace said bollards.
Therefore, if nobody told her about them, then asking a question would, hopefully, spark the thought of someone...which is a whole other fricking issue...that NOBODY thought about using them. It's not as if they only had a couple of them and they were collecting dust in a basement - they obviously had a number of them.
This is a failure by multiple people on multiple levels as the approval of security plans had to have gone through numerous hands. Ultimately, she's the head of the department and should be the one to take the responsibility for the failures.
Now, while all of that is egregious...you can chalk her "the terrorist defeated our plan" and "I didn't know we had them" comments as proof that she's nowhere near capable of being able to speak at a level needed by someone running a PD of a major city.
I mean, frick...Oakland...OAKLAND fired her.

Nothing to worry about since this was a lone wolf. A more sophisticated attack would make me concerned the barge thing is serious but I’d bet it’s nothing more than a nothingburger in the aftermath of an attack.

Yeah, it for sure could be something like that, or what Razor is saying, but it's not a laptop like troll boy is saying.

Which could still be true...

And I only asked because I was told the area was clear and he was a lone wolf…

Didn’t that same woman say that suicide vests now exist that can’t be detected? I haven’t watched the entire interview, just clips.
