It’s a private matter and the family can decide whatever they want to.

I'm disappointed it took a day for the first angry "how daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaare you want to know about a private matter" post. Do better.

Why? Because he's a fricking public persona. Not shedding light on this makes it worse. If it's a stroke, say it's a fricking stroke. They are using language that allows anyone and everyone to spread rumors that it's drug related, vax-related, or maybe even worse.

Every few days, some celebrity friend says something that implies it's bad. Then someone says it's not. Then it's bad. It's just terrible PR.

you are correct

It would be massive news if Jamie Foxx died at 55 years old. Can’t have it both ways if you profit handsomely from a public life

Pretty much.

An Oscar winner for Best Actor dying is always news.

One dying in their mid-50s of strange circumstances? More so.

The whole shroud of mystery they are maintaining is just allowing speculation to run rampant. They need to just say what it freaking was.
Why? It's no one's business.

He's a public figure.

What's the harm in announcing he had a stroke? What's to gain from privacy of that? It's a stupid take.

By not announcing any details, the story has taken over that it's something they don't WANT announced, drugs/suicide/whatever... they've got "people in the know" saying things, and people that don't know saying things. Take control of the message.

How hard would it be to give details like this. Jamie suffered a stroke while on set. Thanks to medical professionals, they were able to stabilize him, but he is fighting for his life. We ask for privacy and prayers at this time. Not hard, right?

But, instead, they say... "medical situation." Shhhhhhh.
So the world says, Hmmm... I heard he was snorting coke off a tranny's pecker and had a heart attack, then fell down stairs and had a stroke.

Still gotta keep it realistic.

Remember Martin Lawrence collapsing of “exhaustion” in the late 90s / early 2000s?

As far as celebrities go, Jamie Foxx is one I like. He seems down to Earth and doesn't stir up stuff. He's a funny and chill dude from everything I've seen.

So what?

We aren't entitled to know medical details because he's a public figure.

Who cares about the narrative? Dude is maybe about to die.

Well, fent is- sadly- the "current reigning champ"....So it would have to be considered at least a possibility if we're merely speculating...

Most likely because there is a large group of people who are politically obsessed and spend a majority of their leisure time seeking out and consuming content designed to keep them angry and dissatisfied while confirming their strong biases.

I guess he made a comeback since then, didn't he? I know they made another Bad Boys, but I never saw it. He was huge back then before he had a mental breakdown. Off to the googles...

Cool. Don't clock into a thread about celebrity health status if you don't want to know, maybe?

This is wrong.

High blood pressure cause’s atherosclerosis/plaque. Eventually the plaque erodes or ruptures and activates platelets by reacting to shite in the blood

Activated platelets form a thrombus (clot). This thrombus narrows arteries and if it’s enough results in acute ischemic strokes.

High cholesterol mixed with high blood pressure makes this even worse

But doesn't the human body produce clots (thrombi) almost daily? Thrombi are stationary clots. Our defenses usually break these up. They become an embolus once detached and moving in our circulatory system.

And there’s the other side of this contingent that sweeps everything under the rug after their overlords install a quasi-police state. They’re pathetic

For the record the OP is quoting 1 tweet from a random account. Nobody else online has said anything of the sorts, including TMZ and the major outlets.

Kevin Hart did a pod this weekend and said he’s awake and he’s grateful.

I didn't say I wasn't interested. Just that we're not entitled for them to tell us anything.

Read the rest of his post. Normal physiologic processes become pathologic in disease states. That is the basics of pathology.
