MED Express is looking for EMT’s.
Experience EMT’s are in high demand.
My brother in law jumps between Med Express and Acadian Ambulance.
He stays at one for a few years and Med Express gives him more money he jumps to Med Express. Acadian offers him more a few years later he jumps again. They could care less as long as they have an EMT to fill the slot.
401k for retirement all you do is roll your money over.

I know personally that one of the local LEO's, I won't say who for their privacy, had his wife fired from Acadian Ambulance after he was involved in a shooting. An incident for which he was 100% cleared. She was doxxed by some frick face from out of state and they identified her as an employee of Acadian. She was called in the next day and told she was being fired because they "couldn't protect her" and she could use up her vacation if she liked but she was done after that.
