That sums up Jackson pretty nicely.
7th ward gave that little nugget to us.

This is the first thing I thought when I read this. I hate the lady lost her daughter, but maybe if she had been a better parent and not allowed a 15 y/o girl to keep those kinds of hours and run with that kind of crowd she wouldn't be mourning the death of her daughter and looking for someone to blame it on. Sorry ma'am, you bear a great deal of responsibility in her death. Not the cops.

The mother of a 15-year-old killed this weekend while riding in a stolen car is blaming the police for her daughter's death.
Of course she is, if it wasnt the cops fault then it would be her fault for being a shitty parent and we know that people like her can't ever be blamed for anything.

I have been saying it for years, of course I lived there for 2 years too. That city needs a nuclear bomb dropped on it in the worse way.

Well, according to mom, it's not about that.

"This about a high speed chase. It was three kids in that car that night, 14 and two 15 year olds. My baby is dead and another child in ICU and another baby about to do life in jail. All because a police officer took the initiative to chase them children. For one stolen car."
Or about this:
quote:
Chief Lee Vance says the officer never gave chase because the driver turned down a side street and then slammed into a tree.

I agree, but only from an ecological standpoint. The human population is reaching a breaking point as far as sustainability goes. If current population growth trends continue, within a century we will no longer be able to produce enough food to feed and hydrate everyone. Famine will set in, wars will be waged over shrinking farm lands and water supplies, the population will end up being decimated. It wouldn't be shocking to see Governments around the world agree to cull the less desirable elements of each nation in order to help curb overpopulation.
A lot of what I posted is conjecture, but it is based on the fact that our population is becoming unsustainable for the global ecosystem.
/end thread derailment.

It has to be the fault of someone and it cant possibly be her fault for bad parenting.

You can riot, but it won't make anyone take your argument seriously.

Wow. Teenage daughter poses with a pistol on Facebook and is killed while fleeing police in a stolen car in the early morning hours. And she blames the police. Shitty mother is shitty.

Well to be fair, she probably was driving with her hands up while shouting "Don't Shoot".

What are 14 and 15 year old kids doing out in the "early morning hours on Saturday?" Keisha Redmond needs to point the finger at herself for not taking care of her kids.

have y'all read the comments section of the linked article?

Luckily they were killed, maimed and jailed and not some innocent law abiding bystander. Now it will be used as a lottery ticket for the poor baby momma who lost it's spawn even though it was a good girl who aspired to be the next Beyonce and was turning its life around...at least there will be future tax savings for the public..pity about the EBT and section 8 already wasted on the temporary citizen. Stop blaming the law and start teaching your children to obey the law..charges should be laid against the momma for impersonating a parent.
