With the flooding in Louisiana in March, the shooting of police officers in BR, the flood, etc... It has been a rough year for Louisiana. On top of it all it was an election year... This was the first time, since I have been able to vote for president, that I simply did not care who won and I was tired of hearing about it before the Summer started.
Every year has its highs and lows, but 2016 just seemed to keep piling on.
