I see what you're saying, but the leaks are going to continue to occur in advance of the announcement. They're not going to stop, and they've already got everyone worked up. There's no good time to announce it. They need to just rip off the bandaid.

I highly doubt, if it was planned for today, that they would decide to move the date. Big government doesn't work that way. Once things get moving, the momentum is very, very difficult to change.

This is just a guess, but I would guess feds since DOJ took over the investigation. Could be wrong though. It's 9:11 and there have been no indications of a press conference of any sort, so I'm thinking another false alarm. The biggest to date.
