I've cut down considerably the last few months. I feel a lot better. I was having two or three beers every day after work and it wasn't enough to be drunk but enough to really frick with my sleeping. I still have a few drinks on the weekends but I have them early enough to where it's gone from my system by the time I go to bed.

To each their own.

Do I love drinking 6-10 beers grilling, YES!

Drinking a 12 pack on the beach? Yes!

Drinking feels awesome, but its now starting to show its ugly head and I think it needs to be put in its place.

I do pretty good not drinking during the week but tend to go off the rails Friday nights.. Guess I need to plan something to do to get me out of the house and change up things a bit

You’ve got 12k tigerdroppings posts; even if you use a pc instead of a phone, you’re still a hypocrite

That’s 2 posts a day over 16 years, and i imagine a good portion is front-loaded. That's a far cry from hypocrite status in comparison to the hours invested by the Facebook like and post crew, daily.

Multi-tasking or free time posts are very different from having too many drinks every night and drunk scrolling socials.
And it is the coupling of the two activities that is on-topic for this thread.

It’s great not having hangovers. Last took a drink in December 2016. I don’t sweat other people for drinking. I just can’t stop at 1 or 2. I will go get a whole liter of vodka.

I'm OK with a little beer or wine, but I am getting terrible anxiety and depression the next day after drinking liquor.

I haven't drank in 18 months. Every aspect of my life has drastically improved with sleep being the main one. Good on you.

It never even occurs to me to drink. I’m too busy to be drunk or hungover.

I feel like alcohol is for people who can’t get good drugs.
