I may have posted this before...idk.
Dr. Bienvenue at Mary Bird is rated in the top ten cancer docs in the country.
He managed my mom's chemo so well she did great....and IS doing great.
If youre in the area, I cant reccommend him highly enough.
You're gonna be fine. Just have a little faith.

UCSD has done some interesting research on using anti-psychotics to treat these types of tumors. Look into it.

4 down votes for this? Really?
Hoping it's people down voting cancer or the diagnosis.
But knowing some of the tards here, they probably see this post as attention whoring.

In case it hasn't already been mentioned, you might want to look into the stories and studies about people shrinking and getting rid of brain tumors by taking oil from the cannabis plants. I've read that it costs about $1100 to buy enough oil for the treatment, and not quite sure where you'd get it from, but definitely worth researching since there's many success stories out there about it.

I'll be checking this thread often. Please post updates and use this as a medium to vent and get support.
Also, keep fighting. And then fight some more. Never give up.

Hang in there man. I know someone with this same diagnosis. Many places did not want to operate, a few places did. He ended up going to Barrow's Institute in Phoenix. They performed a procedure that actually melted away the tumor.
Look for second opinions on the latest technology. Keep fighting.

My grandfather survived glioblastoma in his 60s and is still kicking today at 90, so there is hope. Good luck

To the OP: A recent chest x-ray revealed lesions in my right lung. Doctor said cancer was a possibility--funny thing, but like you said, the thought of dying didn't freak me out or scare me. The anticipated reactions of family and friends, however, got to me. It took two biopsies to reveal what I have: pneumonia.
Prayers sent, pal, thanks to my recent experience I have some idea of what you're going through.
