I'll tell you what. As I write the price of gold is $1313.80. Since you have so much faith in the U.S. dollar I will pay you exactly that - $1313.80 - for every ounce of pure gold that you can deliver.

Would you like some of that action? Put up or shut up.

ETA: The same offer applies for pure silver at $21.02 per ounce.

By the way, you do know this fund is denominated is US dollars, right?

So what?

The recent Russo-Sino gas deal wasn't in U.S. dollars and the Chinese, Russians and Indians are buying as much gold as they can get their hands on. Speaking of precious metals tell me how the repatriation of the German's bullion from the Federal Reserve Bank back to Deutsche Bundesbank is going.

Go through every single one of them. As I write this with the spot price of silver at $20.79 the melt value of pre-1965 quarters is $3.76, and dimes is $1.50. Nickels minted from 1942-1945 have a melt value of $1.17.

Coin dealers will take these off your hands for a premium or you can just save them for barter after the dollar collapses and the SHTF.

I have quite a few mutual friends with this guy.

I've got one that beats it.

Last weekend the son of a man I've known since junior high school and his female accomplice allegedly murdered a guy in a drug deal gone sour.

Here is the kicker. Allegedly the attackers rode around in the country (I guess waiting for the victim to bleed out) until they ran out of gas. So the guy whips out his cell phone and calls his dad who brought him some gas along with a 12 gauge shotgun.

The guy I have known for so long really likes guns. I am hoping beyond hope that he did not knowingly contribute to the murder, but kept that shotgun in his truck at all times, his son knew that and it is how he got his hands on it. Whatever it was that happened will come out in a trial.

I think you can figure out the rest of this story. All three have been charged with first degree murder. They are being held without bond.

A friend has one and brought it with him on my boat. As good as a Yeti and not as expensive, but less "prestige" in owning one.

Belgian Browning never fired and in the box would bring some pretty nice bucks. Take it to a gun shop and ask them.
Move the fire pit next to the kitchen. Buy an umbrella for the other round table.

Mako Gen 2 looks pretty nice. Any other suggestions?

From what you said and I read I think you made the right decision.

I was playing around recently and found a Grady White Tournament 185. I had never heard of the boat before, but I'm not a big powerboat type guy. The boat appeared to me to be very versatile. GW is very well made and of course you can fish with one. However, the 185 also has a bow seating area and a tow rope pylon.

I found one for sale in Holland, Michigan, that had been used fresh water on Lake Michigan. I wanted it, but when I called it had already been sold.

Anyway there are several for sale on the internet all around 20K with trailer.

Again, good luck.

Ask this guy. I knew him years ago. He collects old boats.

That's outrageous. When I was growing up rubbers cost 25 cents when purchased from the gas station men's room vending machine.

I'm not trying to talk you out of or into anything. If you truly believe that this is the boat for you then buy it. If not then I promise you that another one will come along. There will always be a "deal of a lifetime." Go in fully informed and don't become so eager or enamored that your judgment is fogged.
