Italy, with all their carb-based meals, ranks 82 weird bc so many people on here act like only fat people still eat carbs

Italians smoke a lot too. A lot of it is portion size. And real Italians eat a lot of fish and not so much pasta.

Understand in Italy a pasta dish that may be an entire meal in the US is usually a smaller dish or side over there. I.e they do different courses. You get appetizers like antipasto, then a small pasta dish, then a main course consisting of meat and side usually beef or seafood, then dessert. High end Italian restaurants do it this way (I.e not Olive Garden)

I love carbs. I run about 20 miles a week, so I can continue to eat carbs.

When I played college football we were encourage to eat carbs particularly the day before a game

Agreed. I think the average American is not only eating shitty foods, they're eating a lot of it too.

Will they blame other people for their weight problems?

I doubt they will because they don’t have the awareness to know they’re obese.

It's almost like there is a concerted effort to rid society of personal responsibility.

Well I am not a doctor but 99% of people will lose weight if they exercise more and eat less. Especially refraining from fast food, heavy carb meals and stop drinking 12 cokes a day.

Factors like genetics, hormones, sleep quality and even stigma can cause weight gain.

While this is true and matters to context of the solution for these people, so does eating a sugar-filled and poor diet without movement in one’s life.

No one size fits all. Pun intended.

denying what exactly?

he used to be fat when he was younger (which i said already, and he would tell you too).
and while today he isn't rail thin by any stretch, he isn't fat. He's built about like Joey was on friends.

is it ideal weight? no. that's why he watches what he eats and stays ridiculously active.

but if you consider this to be a fatty, then I'm sure you look like Hercules.
