Why would you take a shower when waking up when you already showered the night before just to go to the gym and get sweaty and then shower again?
Why not make the first shower the one after the gym?

Shower in the morning knowing you’re going to the gym to shower after? Then you do yard work and shower, then shower again at night, then again in mornings?
