A hospital can’t limit visitation? Wow and people are happy about this? You do know hospitals limit visitation in areas to keep patients alive. And now if you visit and kill another patient that family should sue you for all you are worth

I don't think this law prevents hospitals from designating when visitation can happen. It just prevents them from never allowing visitations to happen.

But seriously, everything has to be one or the other. I would think for some patients its not good to have people there all the time. That can cause stress and cause more problems, but at the same time if the family thinks they know whats best and they create stress that doesn't help the patient why do I care?
Do they allow patients to request that certain people don't visit and that they want everyone gone by a certain time?
