GCS is a "smart" dumb guy. He actually has an active inner mental life and spends significant amounts of time thinking about things. It’s goddamn bizarre is what it is. They are unprompted, I’ve told him in no uncertain terms, both places, what a feckless, gormless, wormy little gnome he is, and he continues on.

This is a great description minus the 90% part. I would say it's around 98-99%
