It bothers me that “fection” is not a word

So many prefixes for it but it means nothing today

Confection - party related
Profection - obsolete
Perfection - no flaws
affection - feeling or act of devotion
ETA because of my esteemed colleague- infection

Even one letter off and we have fiction and faction

wtf? How did fection slip past the QA?

It bothers me that "clusterfrick" is not a recognized word in official dictionaries. It applies to a lot of aspects of my life and those around it.

Hell, I use "clusterfrick" so much that my phone now auto-corrects to it...

It is a word. In Latin. The stem you are looking for is “fecto”
