Issues with HOA

This morning a lady from HOA paid me a visit. I live in a town house and I’ve been parking my truck in the guest parking spot across from my house for the past 5 months because it’s too big to fit underneath my carport and apparently I can’t park it there anymore or I’ll be fined $100/day and it’ll be towed after 3 days. Would love to hear y’all’s input as to what I should do

Nothing. If they fine you and you don’t pay it they can most likely put a lien on your house. Sell the truck or sell the condo.

Well what does the HOA by laws say? Are you breaking the rules you signed and agreed to? If you are well you are the idiot if you are not then tell her to go f herself and she is the idiot.

Would ask the lady: what would you suggest I do about this situation if you were in my shoes. Sit and listen and she may have a good suggestion.
I’d be pissed too if I was trying to have guests over and some a-hole kept parking his jacked up white 2500 truck in one the GUEST spots.

Did they build the carport after you moved in or after you bought the truck? If not, sounds like your problem.
