Arabs and the Ottomans/Turks were historically at odds. The Turks persecuted most Arab tribes, too.

Me too. All I'm saying is there are more factors (ethnic, geographical, religious) at play here than most people give credit for. The way people crudely interchange Arab and Muslim shows how ill-informed most are. I know I have a lot to learn, which is why I started questioning the hardened notions I had about the conflict. You can't look at these things through a good versus bad prism, although there are certainly a lot of "bad" things abounding.

The Koran says it Ok to kill infidels even women and children, Oh wait I read that and it doesn't say that. Oh and wait that is not their book. Well Christ said blessed are the Children and not to harm them or risk the wrath of God, but wait that doesn't apply. Well the Torah says it is OK to kill kids, "eye for an eye", oh wait that is an idol worshipers code. I read that one too and I don't remember it being Ok.
For every Jew killed there have been 200 Palestinians killed so far. If we think this is OK, then we cant bitch when an Islamic terrorist kills a bunch of us.
We are all children of the same God and descendants of Abraham. If you think God thinks this is Ok, then you must go to a different church and read a different Bible than me. Why would it be any different than if my children killed each other? This will all end badly, again.

That's PR bullshite, Hang out in Gaza one week and see how you are treated. Your US passport will not mean shite. Most people on both sides want a peaceful two state solution which will never happen because both sides are controlled by their own version of the tea party, Hamas and Lukid.
