Jackson MS has seen a marked increase in vagrants recently. They congregate at all the exits of 55 from Countyline to Lakeland. Until about a year ago there was only that one black guy with the bad teeth who was always on the east side of the 55 at Countyline - he’s gone but a wide assortment of mostly white, overweight people with dogs have taken his place. They ride wheelchairs in the middle of the frontage road and even push along on scooters. It’s a menace.

Here on the east coast Asheville NC is bad. KFC and McDonalds and a few other places will sell you a card for a free coffee or burger or something so you can give them that instead of money
