Is your hometown being overrun with hobos?

I am in Alexandria, I just drove about a mile down Jackson Street, and I counted 9 hobo looking crazy people. There was one rotund 60ish year old lady pushing a bike with training wheels, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt.
They fall into some distinct categories:
the old men....black or white they are just asking for money
the young white guy......seems absolutely out of his mind, but not asking for money
the youngish white couple...the chick is almost always in the back getting pulled along...they are always walking like maniacs in a hurry to get somewhere. I know it aint a shower they are headed for.
This is a common deal. I just decided to count. MacArthur north of where I was would've been another 7-10. Down by North Mall drive would be another 5-6.
Is there anything a community can do legally to get this trash out of here?

There are a ton in BR now. Used to be very few. I wonder what's responsible for the increase?

The Walmart on Highland Rd has a camp close by. You’ll get ransacked by homeless beggars walking to your car.

There are a few camps around. Mostly on private property so the cops can't do anything until the land owners ask them to be removed. There's a big one off of Tiger Bend too.

Yeah, it's getting worse, even in more expensive areas.
The cops are pussies now when it comes to people who aren't good, decent, productive citizens. Time was, they'd at least try to discourage vagrancy.

E cleanest town I haVe ever lived in. There is no bus staTion. It's been run by Dow for over 100 years.there ñot a bad road in the city limits. Dow tAkes care of that. The is zero major crime At all.the school district is number
1 in the sTate. There are more millionaires in Midland per capital in the whole country... While this is all find and dandy, I would never there again. The bottom line is the people suck.

I often wonder if being a bum is becoming more difficult with people carrying less cash now. Most of the time that I get asked for money I don't have any cash on me anyway.

Heroin is the answer for the white couples you see. I know of a former hot white girl that OD’d on the side of the road in Alexandria not too long ago. She was with a guy who also OD’ed but lived. After that I started noticing couples being arrested or overdosing in public areas around there. All were white.
