Not sure what he is saying is totally wrong to be honest. The game has changed and it is more offensive now but you still have to have some stops in a game. You have to have enough players to make enough plays on defense to win. Even if it’a giving up 3 and not 6. Can’t win with NO defense ...

Yeah you know it’s changed but still got to be able to tackle. You look back a couple years ago the Bentley kid at Carolina torched Clemson for 500 yards. Well Clemson was out of position a lot and you have to give Bentley credit he found the openings and made them pay. Guy played great that night. ...

Most games are decided by a handful of plays anyway. Question is which team is going to make it. Game changed when 6’4 kids that realized they couldn’t shoot from outside decided to go catch the football was a better choice.
But your right. Clemson got just enough stops in 2016 and 2018 it wasn’t the 44 points that won it was only giving up 16. Its not about shut outs or yards per game any...
