Is UPS being affected by COVID-19 in Los Angeles?

I have a package that I'm expecting but it's been delayed "due to reasons beyond our control" according to the tracker. It's stuck in LA right now and apparently I'm not getting it anytime soon. I've had multiple packages arrive from other areas with no problem since this started.
Anybody else have the same issue right now?

Better not be..I have a guitar out of North Hollywood supposed to be on the way. Says label was created yesterday, but no update yet today on the tracking.

I have package cleared Russian customs April17th. Last week they said it was in US but still no package.

I had the status of a label created in Chino, CA for two weeks recently before the package was actual shipped.

Well this sucks then. If this is a continuing problem then the shipping estimate should have had that factored into the date. Lord knows when I'll receive my package now.

Companies are playing with the situation and shipping.
I placed an online order with Harbor Freight on April 21.
As of May 5, the order still hadn’t shipped.
The evening of May 5, I emailed them asking them to cancel my order. Fine print said it could take up to 48 hours to process any requests.
Morning of May 7, I get shipping confirmation on my order.
Within an hour of shipping notification I get an answer to my request to cancel. It basically said, “we’re sorry that we couldn’t process your request because your order had already shipped.”

From what I have heard is that Port of LA is swamped with items coming from China and all the customs BS. So the whole area is having trouble getting shipment to actually move. Even if it is not an imported item.

A package on its way to me from Australia arrived in LA on April 26th it finally took the next step May 11th.
