Yes. I keep one of those tiny rolls of doggie poop bags in the console and use those for trash when I have any in the car. Toss it in the next garbage can I'm near for a stop or when I get home.

depends on where it is.

I throw them out of the window. Never right in the middle of the street or someone's yard though. Usually in some trees or bushes or something.

I don't throw them in the trashcan at my house either. I walk outside and place the peel at the base of a tree or plant.

No more than sunflower seeds or cigarette smoke.
