Have you ever been fishing?

My first thought wasn't it's photoshopped but it's a trick of perspective. The dog's face is right in the camera and isn't as close to the passenger's head as it appears. That looks like maybe the left front leg on the driver's seat. There's no way the dog's head is on the same level as the passenger.

I can’t tell with the big sweater on.
Post a picture of her topless and I can tell you if they are real.

It looks like there could be some feathering where the wolf's head is next to the woman but the lighting looks legit and the reflection of the back of its head in her sunglasses is just indistinct enough to possibly be legit or possibly be a good photoshop.

Thank God pits aren't that big. Humanity would cease to exist.

What you never seen a Direwolf south of the Wall?

The lighting looks good and real, but that can be faked. The problem I have is along the sun visor. Something about how sharp and in-focus the visor is versus the hair on the head of the wolf. It doesn’t make sense. But, I’m also looking in my phone, so that could be the problem.
I would lean heavily that this is a really good photoshop. Or, maybe it’s a legit photo and the size of the wolf head was increased to make it look like this.

looks like a perspective shot to me.

It’s a perspective thing. However, that being said, wolves are really big. Are used to know a guy that had a full-blooded Timberwolf as a pet. When standing on its hind legs it’s head was easily 6 feet in the air.

not shopped, shite tons of work to get every whisker and hair perfect

Yeah it's perspective. These kinds of shots are made possible by phone cameras. Tiny sensor, wide angle lens, and good light means huge depth of field, so the dog can be very close to the camera and the human further back, and it's all in focus.

You can argue about how much American Pit Bull Terrier is in it but Hulk lives:
