This is a great find. Never knew a cutter who cut the lateral thigh, everyone I knew cut medial thigh/adductor. Cutting the vastus lateralis must be rare. But this looks the same, like Dusty Rhodes forehead.

Not sure if this is cutting scars or not but I know a girl who was an absolute smoke show until she started cutting. She has deep scars from top to bottom. Arms, legs, everywhere. Makes me extremely uncomfortable.

In that one picture, looks like she is almost wearing some type of leg wear to cover up the scars. That being said, she is nice looking, sad that she has (or had) that problem.
