Agree
This is like a “legal vs moral” conversation. Just because you maybe can film someone outside they’re home from the street legally, doesn’t mean you should be an arse and do it and cause potential problems.
Ole baw should have just went inside and not gave him the satisfaction as well.
But of course, their is 3 sides to the story and I’m sure this video cherry picked the situation.

Without context dude kept coming after the guy and got his arse kicked. Don't keep encroaching on someone's space. That being said, this thing is obviously edited in a very certain way, and I reserve the right to change my opinion if more comes out.
