Is there any job field that has more felons working in it than roofers?

Fast food & factory. Most roofing businesses I know have a plethora of Mexicans working their roofs.

My uncle used to be a high end custom home builder and he retired early because he was being squeezed out because he refused to hire illegals and wouldn't pay cash.
