Y'all assholes will make fun of my 5'9" 145 lb frame

That doesn't change the fact my body can take me places yours can't, and that pound for pound I can deadlift and squat more than any of you baws

No hate. I'm 5'10"-5'11" and I weigh around 175. I'm strong as an ox. Been practicing yoga for years, I weight train, balance train, core train. You may be as fit as me, I don't know. I just know most people aren't.

I had you mistaken for one of the somewhat muscular but not very lean, bulky southern meat head types. That is my bad bro

Hmm, while I have you here, is there any other supplements I should look into for my weight loss or building testosterone? I really just drink a lot of water these days and knock off the fried food.

Honestly no. You don't "need" supplements to build muscle or boost test. A test booster has been proven to not really do anything. Creatine has had some studies, but those get fuzzy. Some say it works while others say it doesn't. It will pump more water into the muscle making it look a little more swollen, but once you get off, you lose that appearance. You'll get a little stronger as well, but nothing worth saying you need to take it.

A good diet and water intake is what you need. For fat loss, a very very thing to do is not eat fast food and knock out the cokes. Once you get that self control, look into flexible dieting. Basically weight watchers. It works. There are 100 other diets that work as well, I just find flexible dieting to be the longest lasting in terms of sticking to it.

What difference is a couple calories per serving in the long run?

I use both the Dymatize ISO 100 isolate and and the Optimum Nutrition isolate. I try to get most of my macros from regular food but with my schedule it's impossible to get all of my protein needs fullfilled that way. I weigh 225 and am striving 1-1.25 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight-the only way I can do that is through shake or two a day. I also use creatine and BCAA's.

Some truth here, some false.

Creatine definitely will help and studies that are fuzzy are either very old or half arse done by companies trying to sell something "better." If you are afraid of retaining water, look for an HCL instead of monohydrate. Monohydrate requires a hydrogen atom to be converted so you will store water to have that hydrogen on tap. Besides the muscular improvements it is also being shown to help with brain function. We receive it through eating meat but you'd have to eat a large amount of meat to obtain a single serving of the supplement form.

But diet, sleep, and water are the best supplements in the world. Get the diet in line and the rest will fall in to place.

Oh and gold standard is my whey vote. But I really just buy whatever is cheap at the time.

Quest is by far the best tasting with the least amount of calories going right now. Used to be a big fan of Labrada V60, but it was discontinued.

And Gold Standard tastes like shite.
