So if i’m reading this right… dude basically got loaded and decided he wanted to keep going, somehow met up with some sketchy crack head folks and continued the party. Eventually got too loaded, OD’d, and sketchy folk decided to dump his body?

Unless and until we hear more, this seems to be the case.

You think maybe he ran across some other white Construction Manager types or professional type people out around the Greyhound bus station area in the wee hours of the morning and he was partying with them?

Well… yeah.. pretty much exactly what I think… dope don’t care if you wear a suit, hard hat, or a fast food uniform to work…

There might be some Mexicans around there but the only white people in that area would be homeless people or at the Greyhound bus station.

My take on this is ole boy was partying with a different demographic than everybody think… ain’t a lot of trap houses got the necessary plastic or a rug to wrap him in… plus why wouldn’t they call the ambulance if he overdosed in front of them??… I don’t know if y’all know but the police don’t necessarily question people at the scene of a overdose… sometime police don’t even respond if paramedics get there first… dude probably met some people around his age and culture got a bad pack and what happened happen… they more likely panicked never being around a OD before and dumped his body… ain’t no way hell his friend who was with him not involved

Do you think his friend (Josh) had something to do with his death when he actually went back to the hotel when he left Happys and showed up on the jobsite like he was suppose to in the morning and then called to find out what happened to Millard?

How the hell is the brpd claiming there was no foul play?

Surveillance cameras at various businesses in downtown Baton Rouge helped officers piece together Millard’s whereabouts. BRPD said an hour after Millard left Happy’s, he was the bus station on Florida St.

At the bus station, BRPD said the security guard offered to help Millard to get a ride back to his hotel but Millard declined.

“At this time, we have no indications that there was any foul play involved,” said Heinz. BRPD continue to say Millard’s death is not being investigated as a homicide.

Not with his death.. didn’t mean it to come off like that … with the fact that dude probably was getting high the whole time they’ve been in BR… if this your friend it’s probably a bad idea to let him wonder alone under those circumstances

I think they just mean that so far there is no evidence indicating that he was intentionally killed.

The place he was dumped was by somebody familiar with that place. Nobody would just stumble upon it. No white people would be hanging out there at night, or in the dark. Driving by, or going to bid on painting the place is the only reason white folks would ever be close.

Exactly!! He was in an upscale apartment off of bluebonnet after being at a greyhound bus station and they rolled him in a rug after od’ing and dumped him off scenic highway.

Baws drive by where they dumped the body going to Exxon but I guarantee you most of them wouldn't stop and pump gas right around there at night going to or leaving work.

It’s really not that far out of way. Literally can be seen from scenic Highway. 30 seconds off interstate 10

I thought he was found in that cinder block garage-looking building behind the old funeral home, on the corner of Ontario and Lobelia.

Is that wrong?

Many moons ago I was in that area and had to use a payphone.

Long story short, I had to draw and show my weapon to get out of there before the attempted muggin` started.

And this was about 2 in the afternoon.

Nah you aren't wrong. It's just right off of Scenic near Exxon. More of comment about the general area particularly at night
