It`s just a shame that hotels, major events, conventions and other meeting are often located nearby or in high crime urban areas.

There’s a satellite police station right there too.

Isn't there a police substation right there on 3rd street? next to Jimmy John's across from Boudreaux & Thibodeaux.

It's still there. That's why I keep saying there is more to the story. It wasn't like he got mugged on 3rd street and killed there.

That makes much more sense.

If I was at the bar with a business associate the night before and he doesn't show up to the 8am meeting, I chalk it up to he forgot to set his alarm and he slept in. The last thing I'm doing is calling the police at 9am

I think the city worker answering the phone (assuming that's how this occurred) is the key to why the client then moved so quickly.

Yes, but easily patrolled by the cops if you do things right.

The more I think about it the more it seems like this is what most likely happened. The city worker would have had to either answer or called the last missed call to find out who the phone belonged to. Otherwise they wouldn't have known to bring the phone to the hotel.

That's a great point.

“My understanding is that they have tried to get camera footage over and over. There is only one that has been returned back to them, and it shows a black male using Nathan’s debit card,” explains Millard.

Well there you go, some POS beat the PIN out of him (or ran it as credit, cause that works too) murdered him, dumped the body somewhere, and is walking the streets of BR as you read this.

Why not? Downtown is a shithole and the thugs in N. BR don't give a shite about police, because the mayor doesn't give a shite about crime.

That's a lot of work. Probably made the man walk to wherever he is right now.

No

It’s a shame that high crime is even happening and nothing is ever going to be done about it

Poor man was murdered.

More than likely. Especially since there was some black guy using his debit card which was caught on surveillance.

Fr33manator is putting in more work in finding the man’s body than pathetic BRPD.

They should at least have video of him walking right in front of the place. they would know if he were walking alone or solo. Also, I didn't see a time listed for when he left the bar. why isn't that given? If the client's story is legit he should know exactly when he left the bar.

Millard says Nathan’s card was used twice Thursday morning, 23 February 2023, on Florida Street and at the Greyhound Bus Station.

Any chance they "weekend at Bernied" Nathan onto a bus and away he went dead or near dead on a bus? People just thinking he's a passenger who is just sleeping. since they have his ID he's just discovered as a deceased john doe and the authorities where ever the bus stopped just haven't put the pieces together.

I very much agree with you.

We need a 180 degree change in the present administrations in power in the Democrat controlled cities. A police force and judicial system that will keep the criminals and homeless off the streets. Same old story.

Telling people to avoid areas or we need more police patrols is because the criminals remain on the streets.

Until corporations, sporting events and others that hold conventions in urban area venues start to cancel the events because of the crime it will not matter to the democrats.
