Is there a Waze/Google notification for morons blocking the interstate?

Just curious... Google Maps shows road construction and accidents, but doesn't list anything for stupid frickers standing in the middle of I 10. Does Waze? Or any other service so I'll know where to avoid?

I remember back during the Alton Sterling debacle, Kip shut any of that shite down with the quickness. He had cops on every on/off ramp in the city. I guess it would be racist of me to expect Sharon Broome to do the same.
