Is there a way to wake up not feeling groggy?

I hate to rely on coffee, but even today when I don’t have to work and can sleep in I wake up feeling out of it, like my brains not fully punched in yet. Anybody know what could help this or be the cause of it?

CPAP machine, as long as you’re ok with the OT calling you a fatty.

I thought that shite was just normal. I wake up around 6:15 work days and feel like my brain doesn’t catch up until 9 something.

Dunk your head into ice water.

And not every night just 3 or 4 nights a week. I’m sure with college football starting I’ll drink more on the weekends though. Is this too much?

Father Time is undefeated.
The older you get the slower you wake up. Welcome to at least middle age?

Wait 1.5 hours after you wake up to consume coffee. Your body releases stress hormones right when you wake up and coffee/caffeine disrupts that process.
