Is there a phone charger that lasts more than 3 months?

All I want is an 8-10' iPhone charger that I can wrap up in my computer bag without kinking or damaging the wires...and that doesn't go dead 3-6 months after buying.
Nylon, rubber, apple branded, amazon, newegg, $5 ones and $25....tried them all. None seem to last any significant period of time.
Is there one that actually works? TIA.

I have never had a charger fail yet. What are you doing to them?

I've had a 6' one from Walmart that was $8 I think that has been going strong for the last 8 months.

Anker powerline +
You won’t ever buy another brand again. Also they are cheaper than Apple.

All of my Samsung chargers work. Stop buying Apple's junk.

I’ve often wondered why they wear out so quickly. Even if they don’t kink up they stop working after a while.

Wrap it up like you would an extension cord to put into my computer bag to bring to/from work.

Quit using it to tie down loose stuff in the bed of your truck and they will last longer

Usually one of two issues. Contacts are dirty or you are bending it at the phone jack.

I picked up a shitty plastic one from CVS that's been going strong for over a year.... does your outlet have tAIDS???

I have the same problem with wired earbuds. One side always stops working. Lucked out & bought a pair like 2 years ago, still going strong.

Like every 3 months someone starts a thread saying they can't find an iphone charger that doesn't get destroyed in 3 months
Is it OP every time?
Or is there more than one person out there who is really going through this many phone chargers. I have like 25 and they all work and I can't kill any of them, even the ones I don't like.

No...like this...but with the cord instead of the headphones.

What in the hell do you people do to your cords that make this such a problem?
I've bought a ton of cords from Amazon from different companies over the years, just for the convenience of having cords all over the place. I get some bad cords occasionally, but I just grab another one that's laying around. Occasionally I might buy a few more when I'm making an Amazon buy, but I don't really feel like I'm going through iPhone cords any more than any other type of USB cable, and I have tons of those.
Just stop being poor and take $50 and buy a pack of iPhone cords, USB cords, etc. so you can just grab a backup cord instead of wasting your time. Or stop manhandling your cords

Well maybe you should start using them as truck bed tie downs then

99% sure I've never started this thread.
